* this tool allows valve spring and valve stem oil seals to be replaced with the cylinder head
* there are reversible jaw adaptor and automatic cam action locking to a pre determing setting
* with adjustable depth can fit for most large and small spring applications
APPLICATION:
* suitable for most of OHV, OHC, CVH engines, but not suitable for use in deep engines
