* used for drilling out torn vent valves. the valve is completely drilled, a new thread is made and replaced by threaded socket with new bleed valve
* no need to replace expensive caliper just because the bleed nipple is broken because of corrosion or damage
* simply drill out the broken bleed nipple with one of the HSS special drill bit in the kit, then tap a new thread with the matching special tungsten tap and replace the nipple with one of the 4 inserts and bleed nipples
